I got a shoe 8246033 (Wrangler Black formal shoe worth INR 2799.00) from Bata via home delivery on Sunday, November 10, 2013, right shoe of which having a non-homogeneous colour on the top face of the shoe, though the shoe model and size being the same as order. I have mailed thrice on Nov 12 and 13, 2013, 12:00 PM around on both days, but my complaint was not registered. They have registered my compliant today on 14 November, 2013 after I have called them thrice. I have sent them pictures of shoes, too.
I asked politely Bata regarding my constraints but they refused me to deliver a proper shoe piece, instead advising me to go to other shop and buy the same piece. The nereby shop having this piece is 20 km far away from IIT Bombay, which would cost me around 400 INR for commutation and wastage of time of 3-4 hours, which I could not afford due to my exams going on. They asked me to buy another piece of same amount; I have ordered that piece via online as it was not available on any of the stores in Anand, Gujarat, and from Vadodara to Vapi, Gujarat, and except two stores in Mumbai even.
They have delivered me a piece of inadequate quality to my place, it’s not my mistake. I just requesting them to deliver me shoe and collect the one that is not proper. I have never used the shoes and as a proof I have sent them pictures, too. Though, they are continuously refusing for delivering the same article to my place, and asking me to go their shops. I need the shoes on November 25, 2013 for an important event, and they are not replying me properly. I request you to do needful and help me in getting a quality shoe before November 25, 2013.
