PHILIPS COMPANY SERVICE BOY HAS TAKEN 1100 RUPEES ADVANCE MONEY FROM ME IN LEU THAT THEY WILL HAVE TO REPLACE MY LCD MAIN BOARD WHICH HAS SOME PROBLEM AND MADE A PROMISE THAT THE DEFECTED PART WILL BE REPLACED IN MAXMIMUM OF 15 DAYS,BUT TILL NOW MY BOARD IS REPLACED NEITHER MY ADVANCED MONEY OF 1100 RUPEES IS RETURNED.NOW THE CONDITION IS THAT TOTALLY HARASSED.
HAVE SPEND MY MONEY,TIME AND LABOUR WITH THESE GUYS BUT THE CONDITION STILL REMAIN AS IT IS.
REQUEST TO KINDLY DO IMMEDIATE ACTION IN THIS REGARD.
