Dear Team, I have requested for MNP from Vodafone to Airtel on 4th November in Santhome office. I have bought the sim and as instructed, my Vodafone network got disconnected by 11th November 22 hrs. but till now, my new Airtel sim is not yet activated. When I called customer care, they are not giving proper solutions. Some saying, number activated and some saying not yet activated. Also, I was given with a SR number 11112476811, but when keyed in this number for speaking with appellate, its saying as invalid entry. So Airtelcheating to the core. I have called regarding this more than 20 times and airtel guys are creating a mess with my number. Without my mobile number for more than a week, I couldn?t perform any bank transactions are trading in share market. When asked they are asking me to check with santhome office. What is there to check with them, it?s their responsibility to activate my number once my previous network is cut. Also they are asking me to dial 59059, but without even getting signal, how I can dial and activate. I was said that some higher official will call me , but still now I didn?t get any calls. This issue with both of my numbers 9790441700 and 7299838424
