Complaint Details
I am the proposer for Health Policy:4034i/FPP/75899755/00/000 for my parents.I am an existing customer since 3 policy years and for last premium i paid: 22-Dec-2012 21-Dec-2013 15901.00.

When i try to renew the agent informed me that my policy is upgraded with additional features and for this renewal i have to pay 32000 (+) amount as renewal as my current plan is nomore available.

This is happening every year to me also lot of customers that ICICI says that old plans are not available and I have to opt only for new plans with excessive premiums. Which i can not afford.

After 3 policy years with No-Claim bonus, ICICI making us to pay extra and additional bonuses for their new plans and discontinuing old plans.

When i asked to renew old plan, they are saying that plan is not available.
Kindly look into this option and provide us the solution.

I want to continue with the same plan and benefits what i should get for No-Claim bonus and regular premium applicable for this insurance policy.
Please save the customers from this kind of cheating.
