Complaint Details
I booked my ticket from this useless portal on 7 August 2015. It generated a fly mantra booking id and I had not got any eticket or PNR from the merchant side. Since then I am chasing them for refund of my amount but they are not replying to any of my emails, their customer executives always promise that I will get my refund in 7 days but this did not happened till date. My booking id is FLY07088913. Please get me my refund from this fraud company as soon as possible. My registered email id is namit_n123@yahoo.com
