I am tapan kumar nayak from bhubaneswar and my aircel mobile no is 8908320532.On 04/09/2015 Rs.50 have been deducted from my account.Before that i have only opened my facebook account as always by aircel mobile data and still i have 220mb of internet data left in my account .We all know that facebook is a free site but I have internet data also in my account so there is no question about data charges.After that I have called the aircel customer support and they told me that because of a chargeable link click Rs.50 have been deducted from my account.i have never clicked any such type of links.As TRAI is strict on these auto-deduct charges how aircel violating TRAI rules.please take necessary action against them and refund my money as soon as possible.
