Dear Sir/Ma'am,

It may please be noted that I was trying to book 2 tickets online for Drishyam movie (Show timing: 11:10AM show on 08/08/2015) at Wave Cinemas, Centrestage Mall, Noida on 07/08/2015. However, the transaction went through, but tickets did not get booked. The message that appeared on the screen was that though the amount had been debited from my bank account, the tickets could not be booked. However, the refund for the same shall be processed within 2 weeks time. But it has already been one month since that time, still no refund has been received at my end.

I have written to wave cinemas centrestage mall Noida at contact.noi@wavecinemas.com numerous times but they are not responding at all.

You are earnestly requested to look into the matter and urge wavecinemas to arrange refund of INR 314.20 towards non-booking of online movie tickets at the earliest. The transaction details are shared below for your easy reference:
