I bough Asus zenphone-5 3 months back in May. It went dead 2 months back. I have visited Regenersis customer service center near VV Puram, Bangalore-4 and each time they would say motherboard has been replaced and it should be fine now. Everytime I returns back expecting that it would work fine now. But it does not.
I have visited the customer service center at least 8 times, 4 times to deposit mobile phone, 4 times to collect it managing time out of very busy schedule.
I am very disappointed with the service response. Asus should stop marketing this product without proper QA testing.
