Hi Ruth Ekka,
Your delivery service is so pathetic for me to continue as a customer. I have no clue of when Item (sub order id: 20998863) is going to be delivered. Regarding item (sub order id: 20998862), it was delivered few days back and it is terribly late. Who use diyas when the Diwali is over?
You should also understand both items were supposed to be delivered by 2 Nov (Diwali).I paid for those items and your company is not doing me a favour . Seems like your service have nothing else to offer to customers except for frustration and rejection.
