We have bought Godrej refrigerator from Vijaysales Mumbai in 2014.
Now this is the 3rd time its gas leaked. On 24th Aug 2015 we have raised the compain(that was the 2nd time gas leaked). Technician have repaired it and took 1260 Rs. Now on 5th Sept again we have raised the complaint as gas leaked again. From 5th to today I am continuosly followup with them and they are unnecessarily redirected to different numbers instead of sending the technician. They are continuosly making false commitments with no positive results. Their technician visited once with no spare parts and then told us that someone else would come with required spare parts and then nobody visited and this happens every time we raised the complain. Now we are in highly unsatisfactory condition and get irritated. Godrej has very bad customer service. I Must say not to buy Godrej refrigerator
