Complaint Details
I have purchase Ray Z scooter from adarshYamaha, Deoli Road, on 20 April 2014.(bill copy attached)
At the time of purchase sales person told me the mileage of 62KMPL for the Ray Z scooter, But the mileage of the scooter is only 30 after so many servicing and complains. After 5th servicing a annoying noise is coming out of the scooter, I complain so many time for the noise and mileage but Yamahapeoples are not able to rectified it. Instead of solving problem they are expert in making bills. I wasted my days and days in Yamaha to resolving the complains. After one day servicing , they took my scooter for another one day for resolving the problem, but the problem was same. After 3 days they took my scooter for 4 days and made the bill of rs 100 but still the problem is same…..
Lastly Mr. Atul (Service engineer) Attend my scooter. He took my scooter for 3 days (Sat-Mon) But instead of solving problem he increased it. He made my fool . Mileage is become pathetic and the noise got increased, And he made the bill of 400 rs. But the problem is still the same. The mileage is become 20 KMPL which is become unbearable for me…….. again after 5 days I go to Yamaha okhla service centre they again wasted my day and made the bill of rs 100 but the problem is still the same…………
Service person told me that some nuts n bolts are missing , but how come I am responsible for nuts and bolts for internal parts…..

Now I am feeling like a fool to purchased the Yamaha scooter. They harassing me a lot.
My salary is very less and I am not able to bear this pathetic Mileage and so many bills.
Now I don’t want to keep this scooter anymore. As I am felling that this is a defected scooter or the unsuccessful model.

Every time they force me to go service centre last time for the same problems, but the service centres not able to solve it. They directly blame to the customers by saying the noise is coming due to physical damage just to avoid us.

Now I am felling completely helpless, so I am mailing my complain to Consumer Complaints Redressal Council with so many hope for help.
