Complaint Details
I have taken tikona broadband internet services and they claim that the service will be available without any downtime. But actual scenario is something different, in the rainy season availability service is very low I think up time is 60-70% and most of the time their devices are not working. Most of the time on weekends there will be no inter net connections and getting message that “Unidentified Network”, “Limited Connection”, “IP is not valid”,etc. Whenever I called to the Tikona customer care they reply to me that there is a temporary issue with the server & will resolved within few hours and they will send their engineers to fix this issue but I understand all these depend upon the load or capacity of the server.
Most of the time they fix the complaint from their end without conforming whether issue was fixed or not OR may be they don’t log complaints for each time when I called then for non-availability of service.
Further engineers came and did something but after something the same issue may occur and I don’t want use the Tikona service if their service quality can’t improve and want to get back my money and compensation for damaged occurred due to non-availability of internet service.
Request you kindly pay your attention and help me out on this.
