i had purchased my slippers from aldo and thry had told that they will replace the product within a year if anything happens..i wore them and they got in their worst conditions within a month..so i went to the store and told them about replacement but they said that they never could've told about replacement of product..so we decided and sent it for free repair..when the slippers returned thry were cut from ahead and again the manager sent it to repair in which they completely changed thr base of the slipper..no the base of the slipper and the strips dont match..thry told me to mail to majorbrands as they have taken a franchise of ALDO..when i mailed they did not respond to any mails..after 2 weeks they responded to one and later again did not reply..now they aren't picking up any calls and the store manager is putting things on others..since last two days whenever i contact to the store they say that the manager isn't there..i feel exploited..
