Hi,
I bought the VW Polo from Vidyut Motors Pune and they provided insurance from Bajaj Allianz Insurance company. My Insurance was getting expired in August. I had to travel out of India due to my organization work. The company did not even mailed/called a single time that my insurance is going to expire and i should renew it. When i was here, i came to know my insurance has expired and that too i saw that. Now as i am out of India and my insurance is expired, how should i renew it? Does company not hold even a bit responsibility to inform customer about policies. Also, i am following with them and they have just raised a ticket and no update from their side on followups as well. i am tired and fearing a loss of Car value and loss in renewing the Insurance again. Please help.
