I ordered Lenovo Vibe X2 smart phone of price INR 17999/- from flipkart on 19th January 2015 with 30 days seller replacement warranty. And I got deleverd on 22nd January 2015, Order ID: OD101851471068330000 Product: Lenovo Vibe X2 4G since then I started facing problems within 12 hrs from started to use.
1. When I was received calls something getting error on screen and crash sounds in speaker.
2. Sometimes automatically got switched off.
So I called flipkart customer care on that issues no response from there. Then I sent a mail to flipkart, they replied our representative call you back soon. They called in the next day and insisted to software upgrade or factory reset. I did the same after its working normally.
After one moth the same problem repeated, then I decided to return mobile. The same I mailed them, they replied you crossed 30 days replacement guaranty, and insisted to visit service center.
So I visited Sri Sai Technologies
Door no: 47-9-13, 1st Floor, Beside Maharaja Bank, Dwaraka nagar, 3rd Lane,Near Diamond Park, 530016, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
They upgraded software return to us the same day without any job sheet.
Again 3 months 2ND WEEK of May problem started this time when we on the camera mobile getting switched off and screen error. Then again I visited service center explan the issues clearly, they took mobile return to me afyer 20 days.
Its normolly worked 2 days again same problem this time totally dead condition, service center people told product manufracturers defect motherboard failure. They took again 15 days return me with replaced motherboard.
Now again 6th month same problem mobile suddenly got switched off its not getting on. Then again visited service center they certified again motherboard failre and they need to repaired 20 to 25 days. I am not sure my problem will be resolved this time and if I cross my one year warranty the same problem repeat then I loss my money and time.
I have all service center job sheets and each time mail conversions with flipkart. If you want I will send u all.
I am having issue with Flipkart,Lenovo company and Service center. Is it a joke of buying a 17999/- worth of product and face this type of issues. Lenovo company representative also not responding properly, they say company will not response once product sell. And howmany times I have to visit service center.
Please do the needful.
