Purchased Moda Desire Brown Handbag from Paytm (Seller: Smart Plus India). After receiving the product found the item is totally different from what I ordered. I explained the same with proper photographs to Paytm and then they approved my return on 5th September. It was said within 3-4 days the product will be picked up from my place by courier partner. But till date that didn' happen. They stopped responding to my mails. I tried contacting Paytm in their official Facebook page as well. But they didn't respond to me. Kept on providing me different dates. Please resolve this issue.
