Dear Sir/Madam,
From last night , Reliance stopped outgoing service of my newly taken post paid number- 9739828888 without intimating me any reason . Last night around 10:30 pm,suddenly my call got disconnected while I was in a telephonic conversation and when trying to re-connect it says "please call customercare to resume service". I called customer care two times by dialing 198 and *222. Nobody from Reliance assisted to solve the problem. Actually call center representative was no willing to listen my problem. I spoke to call center executives - Mr Satish Kumar and Praveen Kumar . They told me to call post paid customer care as the call is routed to prepaid. But I told that the call is automatically routed to prepaid center and I have no control on that.
I several times requested to transfer the call to post paid help line. But they told that they are unable to do that. As nobody form prepaid call center,was taking any complaint and nobody was helping on the matter , I dialed 198 service from my alternative number ,which is also a Reliance post paid number. I spoke to Mr Suraj and came to know that I need to re-submit the documents . On asking the reason, he was unable to tell the reason. I told to take a complaint .But he refused to take any complaint.
After a while, I again dialed 198 from my alternate Reliance mobile number and spoke to one more call center representative.
He also refused to take any complaint for the issue.

If customeracare cannot do anything ,why is it saying "please call customer care to resume service" .My number was successfully tele-verified that means service provider received my documents and there was no problem. If there is any further problem, why there is no intimation as this is a postpaid number and I have to pay rental for each day? If there is any problem in my documents, how did the tele-verification happen?
This morning I also checked with Nearest Reliance store (Mobz Solution ,Saltlake) and confirmed that there is no problem in CAF.
It is very much clear that document was proper ,that's why *tele-verification was done successfully.*
Yesterday I received Welcome call from Reliance and there also nobody informed that there is any documentation problem.
How can Reliance do such kind of “MONKEY BUSINESS “ in presence of Regulatory authority like TRAI?
I have deposited Rs 300 as security amount to Reliance before taking this connection. But still Reliance harassed me like this .I am escalating this issue to Council For Fair Businesses Practices and I also demand compensation of Rs 1000 from Reliance for this malpractice and harassment.
