We have been allotted kalpakavady.com domain and we renewed our domain and server service recently. After have

made the renewal payment they stopped all the service and giving false and stupid reason i.e. "Your account has

been suspended due to extreme CPU load of 88%".
We request for refund but they refused to return the money back. Their aim is only making money through internet

giving false offers like "Unlimited bandwidth, unlimited space, unlimited emails etc. etc.But most of the time

their server is down.
They are using low capacity CPU based server. Once we hosted our website, they stopped entire service and giving

unintelligent reason that was "YOUR DOMAIN HAS BEEN SUSPENDED DUE TO EXTREME CPU LOAD OF 88%". Managing the CPU

is their responsibility, but they failed to provide service without any notice.
