Said Complainee was paid Rs 200000 as advance for a villa/house supposed to be offered within 5 months from the acceptance email dated , Jan 29, 2015 . Till this date NO POSSESION OF THE PROPERTY GIVEN. Reminders were sent with no result. Amount was transferred to Complainee via NEFT dated 16/01/2015. proof of payment attached.proof of acceptance within 5 months of giving possesion of villa is also attached(email copy)
In this earliest resolution required as refund.Society name "ganga view residency" near haridwar,uttarakhand.
