My name is Akash Pandhari....I purchased a CRI pressure boosting pump (serial no. 000031) on 18/04/15 ....Since the last 5 days , the pump has started malfunctioning...I filled a service request to the service centre on 7th of september, but since then no one has called me back ....the customer care people just keep making false promises...
I bought this pump from a dealer named Mukund Engineers from Pune....the dealer also isnt helping me out....I also contacted the service center in Pune where I spoke to Mr.Birajdar....he also has not provided any help...
