I wish to gain your kind attn against YUPHORIA mobile care www.YUPLAYGOD.com
they don't have any residence care facilities and operate from toll free number 18602122122
i have raised a complaint regarding improper working of rear speaker of my mobile as per Ticket id: 1299308 dated 31st Aug,2015
i have completed all formalities and also performed all flashing , hard reset and wiping etc as prescribed by them but problem still prevails
when contacted they told i will recieve call from techical department and company will initiate replacement of product then after
but i never recieve any call back
daily i am calling them but my problem still remains intact

i request you to kindly conatct YU care and resolved my issues

they are least bothered about consumer problems , i can see lot of complaint in complaint board on this company

i request you to kindly take strict action against them so that they can't fool a consumer like me
