I had made 2 purchases on 26-april-2015 under order number 6958081 and 6958264, However I could book the 20 % discount (T20) only on one order, as I missed to put the code in the second order.

I had already made the online payment for both the orders, However, shoppers stop is not paying me the discount amount for the T20 discount and the extra 10 % discount for purchases of more than 1500, which I have done and for which I am eligible to get the correct discount.
