I have sent a total of ten packages from Bangalore to Guwahati on 3/8/15 through SPOTON company. The consignment no is 509066429. I was promised a delivery date within 10-15 days of sending the packages. I haven't received the goods yet after a month and 10 days today being 14/9/15. Repeated calls to customer care has been of no avail. They are inefficient and very laid-back and least bothered about the customer's problems. All they say is it is stuck in Siliguri since they lost some papers. Online tracking of the consignment wrongly shows that it has reached Guwahati. Even after repeated complaints, no one has done anything to resolve it. they have zero respect for the customer. I am a dentist and apart from household goods it also contains my books and dental instruments. I am suffering mentally as well as financially as I am not being able to work without my instruments. I am facing a lot of mental harassment and as such I need the delivery to be done as soon as possible. I would also like to seek a compensation of double the amount of money for the mental agony and financial loss they have caused me due to my inability to work for close to a month. Please resolve my matter soon.
