Complaint Details
This complaint is with regard to a failure to change my internet connection to my new residence. I have called the complainee/service provider for the last two weeks starting from 8th November 2013 requesting them to get my connection shifted to my new residence. Shockingly no one has attended to my request despite me calling them every single day at least twice a day. I have prepaid the charges for my internet connection for 3 months and have now been currently without access to internet for one week. I have raised a complaint every single day, but this company does not seem to care the least bit for their customers. I am being cheated of my money which I have paid as I am not enjoying the services. Additionally the lack of response or no response has left me furiously harassed and frustrated. I urge the council to take appropriate action against this unscrupulous company.
