Complaint Details
I own a micromax smart phone A350 model whose display is not working. The model code is SERMOB0431. Its display touch screen in not working.
I gave it to the micromax service center at Lajpat Nagar Part 2, New Delhi. The jobsheet number is N030756-0815-18461848.
it has been 36 Days and i have still not received my phone back. I gave it for repair on 8/8/2015. This is the worst customer care i have ever faced. Please help.
