year old material delivered after 45 days
Dear sir,, I had Placed my order on the site www.tyreonwheels.com on 23.july 2015, paid them Rs 50900/- as full payment for 4 tyres( order number:TOW12838Jul899366).. delivery time mentioned was 6 days, after about 10 days i started following up with them, they keep on saying 2 more days & the whole month passed away.
this is when i got a call from them that those tyres are NOT available in stock.- Pls select another tyre"

i had no option to select another tyre brand & pay them Rs 11000/- extra after a month of placing the order.Delivery promised was 4 days- again 15 days pass and finally when i told them that I will be complaining to the Local police station, i got my tyres.

Upon reciept of the tyre it can to be as a Horror that, they had sent OLD STOCK tyres of the year 2103 & 2014, for which have sent them many emails with pictures, to replacement.

Till date i have got no reply from them. I want to notify you to take strict action against people like this who are fleecing the customers in Online sales and being located in different city , the consumer has no other option but to wait as long as it takes and take what ever they send( just to safe guard their monies)

I am hoping that your department will take strict action against seller like this and help me replace my OLD tyres even after making the full payment.
