Complaint Details
Samsung LCD faced problems, but they were unable to replace the part. So they agreed to refund 17% of the bill value as the LCD was almost of 6 years old. But when I submitted all papers to them, they rejected saying that the offer was no longer valid. I have submitted documents late. But in the mail no date was mentioned and the difference of days between confirmation and submission of docs was merely 2 weeks.
