I had bought a Dell Destop from Digital Retail India Pvt Ltd on 7th November 2013 which was installed on 11th November 2013. As we started it the computer had a problem of restarting again and again. We called up Dell for a replacement however according to them its a 100 day old System so they cant provide a replacement and that this system is shipped without a windows. However we have been given a desktop with windows loaded by the Digital retail company. Now as a customer I have bought a new pc and the first day of working it has this problem. Dell is asking me to go through a troubleshooting process to identify if its a software or a hardware problem. I as a customer want to ask that I have bought a new machine and why should I even bother to go through this process at the first place as its a new machine not a 5-6 day old machine. Please help me as I have been fooled by Dell and their retailer. thanks Vishal Mehan
