Hi, I had purchased a wall unit Fab Vigo home unit on Nov'14 which was delivered to me on Dec'14. On receipt itself i received damaged as well as short products which could not be assembled even by their carpenter. After several calls by me & visits by carpenter the unit was assembled. But again there were lot of scratches on the unit. Once again last month we had to call the carpenter since the door of the drawer had come off. this was attended by them promptly. But again we noticed that the shelf where the TV set is supposed to be displayed the base shelf itself is bending. we called up the Fab team who after dillidallying the request finally told us that the product is not under warranty & that they cannot do anything at all.
