I enrolled for the Platinum Package based on initial discussions with Sachin Jadhav (Senior Sales) and he confirmed he can provide resolution in exchange of service fee over email and phone. Failure to meet expectations, I requested for initiation of full refund of service fee of Rs.13,680 within 7 working days of enrollment. I was promised that full refund has been initiated by Sachin and it has been more than a week I have not received my refund and they are stalling it. Brian D'Silva (Head of Customer Service) confirmed over email resolution but he failed to co-ordinate internally till date and execute resolution. They have provided misleading information, complete lack of customer service and highly unprofessional.
