This is complain for Ford India Dealer Metro Ford St. marks Raod, Banaglore. Ref to Invoice no SMRE00086MF dated 28/5/2014, Ford India ( Metro Ford ) - Bangalore . As per invoice, vehicle is covered up to 4th year extended warranty & 4th year service holiday package. I am yet to receive 4th year extended warranty document & 4th year service holiday package for Ford classic car. Repeated follow up done by 1. phone 2. e mail communication 3. personally met at Metro Ford 4. send letter to Ford Director but they are yet top provide documents for 4th year extended warranty document & 4th year service holiday package complain ref no for ford India.- 800068561,80062028
