Complaint Details
I have booked the plot in “Varagraha Avenue” in Manju Group a month back. We decided to cancel the plot due to not follow the promised commitment in the further process.

The progression & the assurance given by Manju Group while booking has not been followed up the same after the initial amount paid. So we decided not to go ahead for further process. As discussed with Manju group, have sent a cancellation request email two times also by a month back. Even tried to call them. There are no responses from them.

I request them to cancel my booking plot and refund my advance money 60000/-. I sent a cancellation email to the concern department and following with executive also to refund the amount Rs.60000/- which we have transferred through online banking on 12th August 2015.

Almost 35 days over, till now I am not getting any response and payment also and whenever I called them, they are not picked up my calls and try to avoid my calls.

Could you please look forward to my complaint and help me on the return payment to me.
