Hello Sir/Madam,
I bought Maxx ax5 mobile from snaldeal website within 2 month of use my mobile was repaired so I submitted my mobile in bandra gallery where they took my mobile and kept for one and half month and finally my mobile was handed back to me but again I was facing same problem then finally I called up maxx mobile customer care and they told me to call to this 9167202656 and he solve your problem so I called this fellow he said me to submit my mobile to dadar services centre. I submitted my mobile on 08-Nov-2013 and gave me the service job sheet which I have attached in this mail. Now almost again one and half month over I am not getting any feedback on my mobile and whenever I call this service center people they keeps on telling me call after one week.
Please let me know what I have to do now as I have paid money but I am not getting any response for my product which I bought. Please help me out to solve my problem.
I have attaches job sheet service receipt which I had got from maxx dadar service center.
