I have bought ACT connection on 27th August 2015, Actual plan is 40 GB with the speed of 20 Mbps but not even single day i didnt get the full the speed. And day by day my usage data get increasing without network use. After crossed 40 GB FUP the network speed will be 512kbps as per their plan, now am getting maximum speed is 64kbps. I have logged the request and complaints so many times to them but still my issue is not resolve. They are cheating the customers.
