Complaint Details
I have deposited Rs.100/- in the UTS railway app for ticketing ( refence ticket no:D 79754461 DATED.06.04.2015, UTS wallet recharge 4461 BOVLB8909D, RDS REF ID: 1000046362). After 2 months the railways updated UTS app without informing me. I tries to update but could not as my hand set Samsung GT-S5282 was not compile able. After written dated.10.07.2015 and grievance cell complaints I GOT ONLY Rs85/-. I fear thousands of passengers have lost money in the upgrade of UTS app. This is the perfect case for the class action.
