Complaint Details
17th Aug 2015 i sent my old phone asking for a new phone. It reached them by 1st sep, Still they are yet to deliver my new phone. No proper response from their service center. Asking me to call 2 -3 days later. called them 4 times same reply. When asked to escalate they are telling all are busy. Asking for refund , they are ready to pay. couldnt find any agreement related to nonrefundable policy over internet. I would have spent aroung 500 rs just to call their service center
