Hello Sir,
I am posting this complaint againts RCom with high disappointment and frustration. For past 3 days i am not able to make any outgoing calls from my number - 8655140866 to any other mobile except Rcom customer care 198 until they also blocked me. I can't believe i faced such a bad experience form one of India's most prestegious company(Reliance Communications). All the solutions that custmercare suggested was absurd and they want me to wait 48 hours to solve the issue!!!. Not having any other option i agreed for that and a service request was created (SR12232544) Beeing away from home (kerala), i am not able to make contact with my familiy members in some emergency situations nor with my clients all these days.What make me even more surprised was customer care guys blocked my call to 198 after my repeated call due to their slow pace.
Such a pathetic service, after 48 i got message stating issue is resolved.But i cant find any changes, it still exist !!!! when i contacted them again from my friends phone they are asking again 48hours as in its a new issue!!

When i searchced on internet about this kind of issue i came to know there were many such previous victims.
I want Reliance to Apologise me and give a suitable compansation for the lousy service they provided and the mental stress and also other business losses which i am facing currently. I request TRAI to levy proper fine on RCom for such a poor service.
As a tax paying citizen of India i believe I have my rights and supreme law will ensure that i will get it.
