Dear Sir,
I have tried to book the ticket through portal www.traveleasy.com (Gargi Travels) in Dec 2013 but after making the payment their portal shows error and not generated any confirmed ticket via portal or sms. I have tried 3 times but all the same time, their portal showed error. In jan 2014, my bank, HDFC Bank charged me for three tickets(8198*3=24594) and after lots of follow up with bank, they are able to reverse 2 tickets (8198*2=16396) in 2015 (month of april/may) and not returned the third ticket amount. Now, my bank is harassing me for making the payment of 8198 now it becomes 9000 and they have also debited around 4000 from my saving account with HDFC Bank.
I sincerely requesting you to help me to resolve this issue as 12000 amount is huge amount for me.
