Sir, Kindly be informed that my LG Microwave oven model no MC-7649DW is badly malfunctioning and the power is not coming on despite the input plug being properly connected to the power socket.

As such, LG was requested to kindly cause to repair the said Microwave oven though trained technical personnel from their company at the earliest and resolve the problem reported by myself in the previous paragraph of this complaint registered on 07.08.2015.

However no action has been taken by the LG company till date to resolve the complaint.

As such, you are requested to kindly do the needful at the earliest to resolve the problem illustrated in the foregoing paragraphs.
