Complaint Details
I got a proposal from Next holidays & Resorts India Private Ltd on Jan 3 2015 through mail and phone call regarding "Family membership card for holidays" of Rs. 20,000 + tax. In the mail sent to me it was clearly mentioned that with this card I will be able to get discount flat 50% off on 3 star hotels booking, 30-40% off on 4 star hotels booking and 20-30% off on 5 star hotels booking for a period of 10 years, unlimited bookings. I became member but when i started booking hotels, the promised discount was not given, instead 5%, 10% offers were given and then they started telling that the offer mentioned in the application form is only "upto 50% off in all hotels" and that it may be 5% too. The offer mentioned in the mail and the application forms are different. Mail mentioned flat 50% off on 3 star hotels; Application form mentioned upto 50% which could be easily overseen by any human. This is sheer cheating from the said company. I have contacted Mr. Rajeev and Mrs. Abirami incharge heads of the companymany times for cancellation of memebership and reund but in vain. Kindly do the justice for me
