Complaint Details
I have ordered Nike Air Max shoes from shopclues on dated 12/08/2015 with order Number-64845574. I received the product on dated 18/08/2015 by Aramex#41461571351.Their site status shows order cancelled but the product delivered of wrong size. As per their return policy i filed the return request ticket number-3853915 on 18/8/2015 and again other request #3955833. They are not initiating my return request as i contacted them many times and are not correcting the status of order on site. Every time i contact them they say they not know about the complaint as order is cancelled. Its their problem that they has not uploaded correct status. So i want my order to be return and want my refund of Rs 3629
