Dear Sir/Madam,

We have put an order with Askmebazaar last Sunday. They have not shipped the order yet and giving me a vague reply that it will take 10 more days or so. I have requested them to then cancel the order and refund (phone banking officer) my money. They have not initiated the refund yet and I am afraid that I am going to loose my money sooner or later.
I would like to request you to help me here.
