Complaint Details
I had ordered a watch from www.provogue.com on 10 August 2015. They had promised to dispatch the watch in 21 days. It has been more than 41 days and they have not dispatched the watch yet from Provogue’s office/warehouse. They took the money upfront. They are not responding to emails, they are not picking up calls and they are not replying to tweets either. Any effort to reach their office to enquire about the delivery has proved futile. Please resolve this issue and help me get refund. Details are:

I want Provogue India to pay me INR 1,00,000 due to loss of my time, losses incurred due to non-delivery of the product (I was relying on the product) and the mental exhaustion. It has taken a significant amount of my time and energy to reach them, which has been unsuccessful.
