Complaint Details
The Company "The Fair Stay", promised me to give a free gift of phone - Moto G on doing a online booking of the holiday package for which I paid rs 8899.Then they said as I am their month end customer i will get a laptop if purchase second voucher.I had got recieved any of the gifts mention. And while trying to book hotel for my travel trip on 27th sep 2015 as per their terms, I had still not recieved any hotel booking detail which I had submitted them a month before.
