This is in reference to one of the incorrect transaction on My Axis Bank CC 4514560001474679. Highlighted in Yellow.
I had ordered an IPhone on EBay on EMI Options. Later I cancelled the order. I got a confirmation from the EBay that the same will be reflected in my account in couple of day, see attached html file.
However the same is reflected on my CC.

I have made multiple call to talk to your Support Team for assistance. But there is no Positive reply from there. They always say to call after 3-4 days for technical reasons.

Please look into the same at the earliest.

This will lead to unnecessary Late fee charges, reminder calls, reminder mails, and will decrease my credibility.
