Complaint Details
i was given a offer by brickwork rating for a job with a condition to join a BFA course with course fee of 125000/-. i made a payment of the fees. but later i decided not to join the course an company. i requested for refund of fees but they denied to refund a single penny. i have not attended a single class nor they gave any confirmation regarding completion of admission formalities. the time i asked for refund they said all the admission formalities are done and fees is not refundable. i have all the mail conversation with me. i also gave them an offer to deduct a percentage as punishment charges and refund the rest, but for that also they are denying.i have taken hand loan from people to pay the fee and they are not ready to refund it. i request for fee refund.
