Complaint Details
I ordered an item online, which was not delivered to me by the courier. The courier company shows delivery to me on sunday on an address which was closed on sunday. Ebay refuses to accept my claim for refund of my money. I raised refund claim within 7 days of deliver date shown by ebay on their website.
The company does not issue proper invoice with the shipments, makes our purchases insecure. I have uploaded the claim id issued by ebay to me.
