Complaint Details
I brought a Dell Laptop in the year October 2013. At that time they offered me a Accidental Damage policy for rs 9000 for 2 years where any Laptop parts that's damaged or broken accidentaly will be covered under the policy and the part will be replaced. I paid the money for the coverage. Now I have a part of my laptop broken , when I approached the company for claiming the coverage they ignored my complaint saying this problem can not be covered under Accidental Damage. But the part is covers in the policy.
