I purchaded new Samsung Galaxy S6 edge plus on 27th August 2015 and on 21st September 2015 handset was dead. So I took it took it to customer care. They said my handset's motherboard is dead we need to put new motherboard. Since it was damaged within a month, I requested for new handset. For that I emailed Samsung India on 21st September and also called them and requested a new handset but they haven't bothered to reply or provide me new handset.
