Complaint Details
I am a 77 years old retired Indian Air Force Officer. The

account No.of my landline telephone connection is 1000243560 for

which I received a bill of Rs.1544/= for the month of May 2015.

I held a plan of BBG Home 345 Combo upto 15.05.15 for which I

have been charged Rs.166.94 and BBG CNT Combo-630 from 16.05.15

till 31.05.15 for which the charges are 325.16. I made very few

telephone calls during day time as most of the calls were made

after 9pm as there is no charge for calls after 9pm. As such it

is not understood as to how the bill amount has become Rs.1544/=

since my bills have generally been of half the amount every

month though there were no free calls earlier and as such almost

all the calls were made during daytime. Presently I am receiving

monthly bills between Rs.600/= & Rs.700/= which clearly shows

that some mistake was made in the bill of May 2015 and I was

overcharged. Hence it is requested that the bill for the month

May 2015 be scrutinised and corrected. It is also requested that

the excess amount charged may please be reflected as refund in

my next telephone bill. An early action is solicited.
